Graduating from Cambridge University with a first in Linguistics, Cecilia has since divided her time between London and Paris. She worked in two marketing organisations, where she focused on researching / writing articles and handbooks for internal and external consumption. She then joined a French educational start-up, where she led a team who created more than 200 online learning modules. Her other responsibilities included making sales calls, managing teacher recruitment, editing videos and delivering webinars. She subsequently moved to another Parisian start-up, where her role has been more outward facing, dealing with suppliers, clients and visitors. At Nicholson McBride Change, Cecilia is employing her writing, speaking and listening skills on a range of projects, including interviewing, analysis and report writing.

Cecilia has also been involved with D&I initiatives, including delivering anti-racism workshops.
