Dan has nearly 10 years’ experience of using creative thinking to solve business problems for a range of clients. A former strategy director at a global brand consultancy, he helps clients to understand their role and value in the world and to articulate it in a fresh and exciting way; he then works with them to make these ideas interesting and useful for people. Dan has experience in a range of project sizes – from short facilitation and provocation, to creative development and implementation – and types – from brand positioning and marketing strategy through to organisational design, brand architecture, employee education and engagement, online learning, service design and customer experience, as well as creative identity and expression. He specialises in helping clients to articulate their core proposition in compelling ways.
Dan has written and talked on branding for Wolff Olins, The Guardian and BBC Business. He has also written for Goldsmiths Press and MIT’s Journal of Design and Science. Dan graduated from the University of Cambridge and is now completing postgraduate studies in the Global Political Economy at Goldsmiths College.
