Claire is a talent development consultant and business coach specialising in developing emerging leaders and building high-performing teams. Having achieved a diploma for Organisational Development at Roffey Park, her passion is to support her clients through periods of growth and change.

Claire has worked at differing levels to support and develop teams to be highly effective in order to meet business objectives. She has designed and facilitated workshops including management and leadership training and resilience workshops.

Good at helping to solve problems, Claire is valued as being a practical thinker; analytical yet empathetic in approach, she brings people together to help them get the best out of their working relationships and work to their strengths to meet their strategic goals.

Claire is an accredited coach and is also accredited to deliver a number of psychometrics including, PROPHET, FiroB, MBTI, SDI, and NML RQ. She also holds the Roffey Park Certificate in Organisational Development, the CIPD Advanced Certificate of Learning and Development and a BScEcon in Politics and Sociology.
