Katharine has worked on a range of cultural change programmes – from the initial research required to engage the right people across an organisation, through to the design and implementation of bespoke programmes to embed new ways of working, as a result of strategic changes.
For example, she has worked with clients post merger, helping to define desired values and behaviours in the ‘new organisation’, aligning the new culture with strategy and processes and working to change mindsets and gain buy-in at all levels. She works with clients across a range of sectors.
Clients include Beazley, BCLP, Chaucer, Clyde & Co, Fidelity, FirstRand Bank, Hermes, London Councils and Stephenson Harwood.
Katharine has delivered work in numerous locations, in and outside the UK. Overseas locations include USA, Dubai, Bermuda, Russia, France, Germany and Portugal.
