Laura has an extensive background in talent & performance management, leadership development, change & transformation and organisational effectiveness. 


She has worked with leadership teams across specialist insurance, investment banking, hedge funds and asset management, helping them navigate large-scale change, business improvement, performance management and post-merger integration.

With an MSc in Organisational Development, Laura is an Ashridge Hult Accredited Executive Coach, a Member of the British Psychological Society and is qualified in a range of psychometric tools including Gallup CliftonStrengths, MBTI, FIRO-B, NEO, Hogan, CCL 360 suite, SDI, 16PF, Talent Q, and is an accredited PROSCI change practitioner.
