Joe is an expert in all areas of the HR and People Transformation portfolio. His special focus is on multi-country / multi-sector change management and coaching.

Whilst delivering globally, Joe has in-depth specialist knowledge of the French and UK markets.

He has worked in a variety of roles as Interim HRD, certified coach and transformation lead, including for Aviva, BT Group (France), De La Rue, HSBC, Logoplaste, London Stock Exchange Group, Photobox Group and WPP (Burson Marsteller).

Joe is an International Coaching Federation certified bilingual (French and English) coach. He trained and qualified with Barefoot coaching, and recently with the world’s largest online coaching organisation, Better Up Coaching. In addition to business coaching, he also holds coaching certifications in the health, fitness and well-being area, a personal interest for Joe.

Joe is passionate about federating teams across a common change goal.
